Born in the capital of the Andaman Islands
Vivek Singh was born in Port Blair—now officially known as Sri Vijaya Puram—the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Raised across different island communities
As his father’s government postings transferred the family every few years, Vivek grew up across several remote islands and experienced local life from a perspective few visitors ever see.
A childhood shaped by island life
Fishing, traditional forest fieldcraft, swimming, snorkelling and island exploration gave him a lifelong connection with Andaman’s natural beauty, communities and adventurous way of life.

Vivek entered tourism in 2003, when Andaman was still an emerging destination, with a clear purpose—to help travellers experience the remarkable islands that shaped his childhood.
Years of working through changing seasons have built his practical understanding of weather, ferries, island access, hotels, activities, transfers and on-ground coordination.
